Refund Policy

RePhoto sells digital credits that can be exchanged for AI photo restorations. This policy explains how to request a refund.

Refunds

Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles customer service and returns.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact Paddle at paddle.net with your order reference (found in your Paddle receipt email); you can also reach us at support@rephoto.app and we’ll assist.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear. Any refunded credits will be removed from your account.

No Subscriptions

RePhoto does not auto-bill subscriptions. You are charged only when you actively purchase a credit pack. You can review your past payments at any time by searching your email inbox for Paddle receipts.
